My Mother's Ghost

This is the house where my mother died.
These are her black frying pans.
These the magnets she placed on the refrigerator.
One magnet says Stay Calm.
Last night, her ghost visited me as I pushed egg shells into the sink.
She showed me how to make sushi. She stayed ten minutes, in all.
I shut the windows in the house, then ran the disposal.
Her favorite song played and I broke into a dance.
