Heyyy girl
I was
heyyy girl
I was thinking the other day that you were trying to hold my hand
you were so curating my body curating my hand with your eye you flirty faux scared you & my hand & my body in the dark of the scaffolding you holding my hand jokingly or awkwardly awkwardly maybe I tried to get out of it and you tried to get out of it so both of us were out
out of it
out into the spring
and what was it I was just thinking about how not wanting to come so rehearsed so I keep pedaling no not pedaling but backspacing but backspacing carries forward too carries me forward to the other word
or the next word unknown at first and then
here
out the window
I see a man's ass in khakis in the sun the window half or a quarter open and before that many lines bisecting and a space that is several yards apart and what a great picture it is with so many rectangles and so many grays and beiges and the yellow of the sun is an eye
an open eye
that's how good
it feels it feels awake
and boy
girl do I like you
